Physical Products
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

At this time we are only shipping within the United States. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, when available.

Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Access is provided immediately after purchase via a download link and/or email. If you experience issues accessing your digital product, please contact us.

Mixed Orders
Orders containing both physical and digital products will receive digital items immediately, while physical items ship separately.

Incorrect Addresses & Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, contact us at littlemissotmama@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.
